Coaching: Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Booking and payment

Sessions are booked and paid in advance. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you have a scheduled time in the calendar. Prices are shown per session or per package as stated at checkout.

2. Rescheduling

Life happens, and I would rather move a session than waste it.

You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the session start time. Just reply to your confirmation email or use the reschedule link.

Inside 24 hours, rescheduling is at my discretion and subject to availability. I will always try.

3. Cancelling a session

• More than 24 hours before the session: full refund, or credit towards a future session, your choice.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: the fee is retained. The time has been reserved for you and cannot realistically be filled at short notice.
• No-show: the fee is retained in full.

If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time so that the following client is not affected.

4. If I cancel

If I need to cancel or move a session for any reason, you choose: reschedule at a time that suits you, or a full refund. If I cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your next session is at no charge.

5. Packages and multi-session bookings

Sessions bought as a package are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after that point lapse, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Packages can be cancelled part-way through. You will be refunded for unused sessions, less any discount applied to the package rate, so the sessions already delivered are charged at the standard single-session price.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are buying as a private individual rather than through a business, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Danish consumer law. This right sits above the terms in section 3.

By booking a session that falls within 14 days of purchase, you expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, and you accept that the right of withdrawal is lost once the session has been delivered in full. If you withdraw after one or more sessions have been delivered, you will be charged a proportionate amount for what has already taken place.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 working days and no later than 14 days.

Where a refund is due, it covers the session fee. Currency conversion charges, cross-border card fees or bank charges applied by your own card issuer or bank are outside my control and are not refunded.

8. Technology and connection

Sessions are held online unless agreed otherwise. If a technical fault on my side prevents the session from going ahead, it counts as a cancellation by me under section 4. If you are unable to connect, please contact me straight away and I will hold the slot for 15 minutes.

9. Confidentiality

Everything discussed in a session is treated as confidential and is not shared with anyone, with the narrow exceptions required by law.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available under the law of their country of residence.
